Consultations are scheduled once payment is received and your secondary questionnaire has been completed. With adequate notice, ARC will collaborate with you to modify a session time.

Complete the Initial Orientation to see your recommendation immediately. If you request a Welcome Package, it will explain the selected offering, full disclaimer, investment and next steps. If you choose to proceed, the sequence is payment, your offering-specific secondary questionnaire, and then the booking calendar.

Late Rescheduling
In the case of unforeseen or “fair enough” circumstances arising, ARC may accept a rescheduling request made at least 48 hours before the session.
Cancellations
Cancellations within seven days, missed appointments and changes within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment are non-refundable, except at ARC’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Bespoke Preparation
Because each of ARC’s offerings requires personalised research, payment becomes non-refundable once preparation has commenced. Full terms are supplied before payment.
