This notice explains what is stored when you request an Astral Roots Welcome Package, why it is used, and when it is removed.

Astral Roots Consultancy (“ARC”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Questions or requests may be sent to AstralRootsConsultancy@pm.me.
The Initial Orientation
You can complete the seven Gates and see your full recommendation without providing an email address. Draft answers are saved only in your browser so you can move backward, reload or return. They are not transmitted to ARC unless you actively request a Welcome Package. Local drafts expire after no more than 260 days; an email address and marketing choice are not preserved in that draft.
Information submitted with a Welcome Package request
- Your name, chosen name or the Soul-Seeker alias
- Your email address and website language
- Your selected answers, routing totals and Orientation outcome
- The information packages you request
- Your separate marketing-consent choice
- Your optional written Reflection, if supplied
- The submission time and scheduled retention-expiry date
Why ARC uses this information
- To send the Welcome Package and offering information you requested
- To connect the Orientation with a later purchase if you choose to proceed
- To understand and improve the routing experience through anonymised patterns
- To consider an eligible Reflection for a periodically gifted ARC journey when the relevant notice was shown
- To send occasional ARC reflections, news and invitations only when you separately select that option
Retention
Your submitted name or alias, email, answers, result and optional Reflection are retained for 260 days—one complete Cholq’ij cycle, from the Nawal of submission until it returns. At the end of that period, direct identifiers and the Reflection are removed. ARC may retain only genuinely anonymised aggregate statistics that can no longer be linked back to you.
If your Reflection enters the gifted-journey shortlist, it remains eligible only within the same 260-day period. It is not retained indefinitely as identifiable writing or repurposed as artwork.
Service Providers
ARC uses specialist services to operate the website and deliver the requested information:
- Netlify hosts the website and secure submission function.
- Airtable stores submitted Orientation records in ARC’s controlled database.
- Resend delivers transactional Welcome Package emails.
These services process information on ARC’s behalf. ARC does not sell your information or share it for another organisation’s independent marketing. Because the services may operate internationally, information may be processed outside your country under the safeguards provided by those services and applicable law.
Marketing Choice
Requesting a Welcome Package does not subscribe you to ongoing marketing. The option to remain connected with ARC is separate and unticked. If selected, you may withdraw that permission at any time by using an unsubscribe method in a message or contacting ARC directly.
Your Choices and Requests
You may ask ARC to provide, correct or delete personal information associated with your email address, subject to any legal obligations that require limited retention. You may also object to or restrict certain uses and withdraw optional consent. Contact AstralRootsConsultancy@pm.me.
If you leave the Stargate without an email address, no submission record is created. Clearing your browser storage or selecting Restart Orientation removes the locally saved draft from that browser.
Changes to This Notice
This notice may be updated when ARC’s processes or service providers change. The revision date at the top will show when the current version took effect.
